2.21 Friday Faves – The Fitnessista

Hello pals! Completely happy Friday! What do you’ve got occurring this weekend? It’s Rodeo Break (it’s an AZ factor and I like it), so the children are off college. We’re simply having fun with some Tucson adventures, enjoyable with pals, and having fun with this spring-like climate. Sending some sunshine to my freezing pals proper now!

I’m doing a spherical of the EquiLife detox right now and feeling superb. I used to be planning on beginning with our neighborhood in January, however everybody else in the home obtained sick with a chilly/virus, so I ended after in the future. I wanted to shift my focus to immunity, and was in a position to keep wholesome whereas I took care of everybody else.

Beefsteak! That is one in all our favourite native occasions, and the funds assist veterans and army households. They’ve a stay public sale (they auctioned a Tesla this 12 months, which was fairly cool!) and silent public sale, a scrumptious dinner (the seafood space this 12 months was amaaaaazing), drinks. and dancing.
